Return Policy

We endeavour to make sure that all our orders are delivered on time, as we understand  that in this fast paced environment quicker is most certainly better. Orders placed before 4PM will be dispatched the next business day. You should expect to receive the order within 1-2 business days. Orders made before 4PM on a Friday should arrive by Tuesday. We advise you to check the order once you receive it to make sure that you have received all the items, there are no damages/faults and no incorrect items.

Once the order is received, our return policy applies for the following 7 days. After this period any disputes will be handled at our discretion. 

Damaged/Faulty Items Received

As with all our orders we double check for damages/faults before the items are dispatched. However unfortunately sometimes the odd item may slip through the net. If you’ve received damaged/faulty item(s) please let us know by emailing us at info@whatsloved.com. In the email to speed up the process, you should include your Order Number, Full Name, contact number and where applicable pictures of the garment(s) in question. All damaged/faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the order. A replacement will be sent out immediately if we have any left in stock. Otherwise you have the choice of either store credit, or a refund for the returned goods. We will reimburse postage charges for any damaged\faulty goods sent back to us, so please include a copy of the receipt. Refunds will take around 1-5 working days depending on method of payment.

Incomplete/Wrong Ratio Received

In the event that a delivery is incomplete or the ratio received is incorrect please let us know by emailing us at info@whatsloved.com. In the email to speed up the process, you should include your Order Number, Full Name, contact number and missing items/ratio received. If the issue can be resolved without having to send anything back to us, we shall send out the delivery ASAP. In case the item is out of stock, you can choose to return the ratio received, or request store credit/refund for missing piece(s).

Wrong Style/Colour Received

In the event that a delivery is incomplete or the ratio received is incorrect please let us know by emailing us at info@whatsloved.com. In the email to speed up the process, you should include your Order Number, Full Name, contact number and identify wrong style/colour received. Returns must be made within 7 days of an order having being delivered to you. All items must also be returned in its original packaging. Please be aware that there may be a slight variance in the colours of web pictures against the original items themselves, due to lighting.If we have the original colour/style in stock we will send out the items ASAP to you, as soon as we have received the return package. Please send us a copy of the receipt either by email or by post with the return and we’ll make sure store credit is added to your account with us.

Other

Items which are undamaged can only be exchanged for store credit and it is the responsibility of the customer to incur any postage charges. If you wish to return items for any reason other than what has already been mentioned, please contact us at  info@whatsloved.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

* We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our returns procedure *

* Please allow for 3 to 5 working days after receiving the return postage to process the request. The decision of Dispatching right items / Store Credit / Refund will be taken after accessing the return request, and items received in return. Please use Registered/Insured postage when returning the item with Sign for option. *
